MW-UASB Anaerobic Reactor

Product Description:
UASB reactor wastewater is introduced to the bottom of the reactor as evenly as possible, and sewage flows upward through a sludge bed containing granular or flocculent sludge.
Anaerobic reactions occur during the process of contact between waste water and sludge particles. Methane produced in anaerobic conditions (mainly methane and carbon dioxide) induces internal circulation, which is beneficial to the formation and maintenance of granular sludge. Some of the gases formed in the sludge layer are attached to the sludge particles, and the attached and unattached gases rise toward the top of the reactor. The sludge that rises to the surface impinges on the bottom of the gas emitter in the three-phase reactor, causing the floc of the sludge attached to the bubble to degassing. After the bubbles are released, the sludge particles will precipitate to the surface of the sludge bed, and the attached and unattached gases will be collected to the gas collecting chamber of the three-phase separator at the top of the reactor.
Medium temperature (about 35℃) for the molecule and normal temperature (20-25℃) for the denominator; The reactor can be square, rectangular or circular, the square is reinforced concrete structure, the circle is steel structure or reinforced concrete structure; The specific size of the reactor should be determined according to the water quality characteristics of the inlet water.
