MQ-GSF Tubular reactor

Product Description:
Tubular reactor is a tubular continuous operating reactor with a large aspect ratio. The reactor structure can be single tube or multiple tube in parallel. It can be an empty tube, such as a tubular cracking furnace, or a tube filled with a granular catalyst for multiphase catalytic reactions, such as a tubular fixed bed reactor. In general, when the reaction logistics is in turbulent state, the aspect ratio of air tube is more than 50. When the ratio of filling section length to particle diameter is greater than 1 00 (gas) or 200 (liquid), the flow of materials can be approximately regarded as horizontal thrust flow.
The main features
● since the molecules of the reactants stay in the reactor for the same time, the concentration of the reactants and the rate of chemical reaction at any point in the reactor do not change with time, but with the length of the tube. ● tubular reactor has small volume, large surface ratio and large heat transfer area per unit volume, which is especially suitable for reactions with large thermal effect.
● because the reactants react fast and flow fast in a tubular reactor, its production capacity is high.
● tubular reactors are suitable for large-scale and continuous chemical production.
● compared with the kettle reactor, its backmixing is small, and the flow pattern in the tube is close to the ideal fluid at a low velocity.
● tube reactors are suitable for both liquid phase reactions and gas reactions.
Especially suitable for pressurizing reactions.
● in addition, the tubular reactor can realize subsection temperature control.
The main disadvantage is that the reaction rate is very low when the required pipeline is too long, not easy to achieve in industry.
Tubular reactor is a kind of continuous operation reactor which is widely used. There are several types of tubular reactors in common use:
Horizontal tube reactor
Vertical tube reactor
Coil tube reactor
U-tube reactor
