MW-ZBG periphery driving mud scraper is mainly used for radial-flow settling ponds with large diameters in urban waterworks and sewage treatment factory, also can be used for condensation ponds mud-drainage.
MW-ZBG periphery driving mud scraper is mainly composed of central rotary base, L-type working bridge, scraping arm&board, guide shell, dregs-blocking and drainage facilities, etc. When working, wastewater evenly flows to the periphery of the pond via guide shell from central buttress; the suspend particles in the mixed solution settle at the bottom of pond and form into mud layers by gravity settlement action; the working bridge slowly turns around central base under the driving of periphery transmission structure; the working bridge drives scraping arm to rotate; the scraping board fixed on scraping arm gradually scrapes mud from periphery to central mud collection tunnel, and drain the mud out of pond by water pressure in the pond.
