The equipment uses the wedge-shaped grid to be the filter element. It is suitable for fluid to pass through and it will not easily be blocked up; the equipment uses the stainless steel grid, enabling it to filter high temperature and high concentration liquid; the equipment is designed in drum shape, giving it a large filter area. Therefore, when the capacity is the same, this equipment has more compact structure, occupies smaller area and costs less energy. The equipment can use backflushing nozzle to clean the foreign matters between the grids. The start and stop of the backflush can be controlled automatically and manually.
It is of simple structure and high reliability; its compact structure enables it to occupy the smallest space when the processing capacity is the same; surface of the rotary drum is made by wedge grizzly bar, making its hydraulic characteristics to be optimal; the following gaps are available: 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 3.0 mm; the processing capacity is in positive linear relationship with the gap and width of the drum surface.
