MW-ZG rotary drum bar screen, also known as helical screw pressing grid or helical fine grid is common equipment in the sewage pre-treatment process. It is suitable for municipal sewage, industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater treatment works to intercept the floating debris in water. As an integration of decontamination, conveyance and crushing, MW-ZG rotary drum bar screen machine could improve energy efficiency and reduce the management inputs. It is currently the fine grid decontamination machine with relatively advanced technique.
As its gap between the drum is fixed, MW-ZG rotary drum bar screen overcomes the shortcoming of variable gap of ordinary rake teeth bar screen, enabling it removes debris completely. It’s decontamination efficiency could be up to more than 98%.
The two ends of the screening drum is welded and fixed to the drum by preciously cut, thickened stainless steel rings with high concentricity, ensuring concentricity of the screening drum during its rotation. The helical rotational power of the conveying and pressing device comes from the same speed reducer which makes the screening drum to rotate. The conveying and pressing screw is axonia screw and the spiral blade is made of stainless steel. As the pitch gets smaller slowly from bottom to top, the crushing capacity gets stronger gradually.
