Product Description:
LDAF series of high efficiency lamella sedimentation LDAF is an efficient and economical device for removing suspended solids in waste water that is difficult to separate and solving the overall water clarity problem. By adding tilting lamella assembly technology to the flotation system, excellent results can be achieved in a compact and high efficiency air-flotation system. The flotation solves the problem of suspended solids and clarification by reintroducing the treated water (effluent from the system) into the system's Lamella sedimentation zone.
Through solid/liquid separation technology, the LDAF unit produces "dissolved water" by dissolving air under pressure and then releasing pressure to form fine bubbles. The solids attach to the bubbles, causing them to rise to the surface where they are thickened by natural dewatering and are then removed by a mechanical scraper.
The use of tilting plates in the Lamella sedimentation unit reduces the space occupation, enabling in a compact unit, which improves the separation and clarification effect.
LDAF separation tank:
The LDAF separation tank is designed with the elements of a "water and oil separator" to ensure optimal utilization of particle rise rate performance. The addition of tilting plates greatly increase the efficiency of the separation unit by increasing the effective surface area per unit. The separation unit is made of "V"shape bottom.
LDAF flotation skimming system:
A removable floating skimmer system is provided. It is equipped with frame assembly and drive motor, sprocket, chain and full width stainless steel skimmer blade. The skimmer blades are mounted on a rotating pin that is fixed to the skimmer chain and the chain always holds the blades in a downward position. The conveyor chain is provided with a drive sprocket on the full-width shaft of the drive end and four independent pulleys on the return end. Skimmer system frame is equipped with sprocket tensioners and carrier and return rails for the chain.
