Biogas torch is used to treat biogas produced by anaerobic fermentation in modern wastewater treatment plant, alcohol factory and breeding farm. Its main components are 50-65% methane and 30-50% carbon dioxide, and also contains hundreds of components such as water vapor, sulfide and nitride, among which methane is one of the major greenhouse effect pollutants.
According to different actual conditions of sewage treatment plant, liquor factory, breeding farm and landfill site, biogas torch is divided into closed floor torch and open torch.
The methane torch produced by the company adopts multi-stage fire resistance safety design;
High load regulation ratio; External surface temperature of the torch tower was lower than 60℃.
Burnout rate is above 95%; Ignition success rate is higher than 98%; Enclosed torch design load no flame: the main equipment is skid-mounted design, easy to transport, installation.
