●Traveling type sludge suction machine is suitable for horizontal flow sedimentation tank in sewage treatment plant. Its main function is to scrape and collect the sludge deposited at the bottom of the tank to the suction pipe and discharge it through the sludge suction pipe. Operating type is operating and sucking sludge at the same time.
●According to suction type, traveling type suction machine can be divided into pump suction machine and siphon suction machine.
●Working bridge adopts truss structure, simple, aesthetic and lightweight, which is convenient in maintenance and low in running cost. Driving reducer is of a variety of choices. If adopting the shaft mounted type, it’s simple and compact in structure and convenient in maintenance; if adopting cycloid pin wheel reducer, it’s attractive in price and quality and the transmission efficiency is high. The walking wheel is made of steel. The system control cabinet adopts outdoor type, safe and reliable, which can be controlled remotely or on the equipment. According to user’s requirement, the electric transmission device can adopt cable rack (standard configuration), sliding contact wire, cable drum and other forms.
