●Periphery driving sludge scraper is used in radial flow primary or secondary sedimentation tank of sewage treatment plant. Its main function is to scrape the sludge which is deposited at the bottom of the tank to the sludge collecting pit. Then the sludge will be discharged by sludge discharging pipe, making it convenient for the sludge to return or be thickened and dewatered. If needed, tank surface scraping mechanism can be set to collect the scum on the surface and discharge the scum through the scum hopper.
Working bridge adopts truss structure, simple, aesthetic and lightweight, which is convenient in maintenance and low in running cost. The driving reducer is of a variety of choices. It can adopt the shaft-mounted type, simple and compact in structure, and convenient in maintenance. It can also adopt the cycloid pin wheel reducer, which is attractive in price and quality and the transmission efficiency is high. According to user’s needs, the surface material of the walking wheel can be chosen from engineering rubber wheel (standard configuration), steel wheel, nylon wheel, polyurethane wheel; the logarithmic spiral line scraper with high efficiency can ensure the reliability of the sludge scraping; system control cabinet adopts outdoor type, safe and reliable, which can be controlled remotely or on the equipment.
