Product Description:
●Hanging type central driving thickener is suitable for mechanical thickening and sludge discharge of radial flow thickening tank in sewage treatment project.
●Hanging type central driving thickener consists of vertical speed reducer with electric motor, slewing bearings, spindle, scraping arm, blade, concentrated grid bars, steady flow cylinder, control cabinets and so on. Driven by the drive apparatus, the scraping arm rotates around the central axis and then the scraper on the scraping arm will push the sludge deposited at the bottom from outside to inside to the collection pit which is located at the central tank. During the running process, when overtorque occurs because the scraper and scraping arm are jammed by foreign objetcs or excessive accumulation of sludge, the overtorque protection device will operate to cut off the power, and then automatic alarm will stop.
